Why privacy comes first
Masareefy is a private money tracker and a private budgeting tool by design: there is no bank link, and every figure in your ledger comes from your own entries. Even a payment alert the Android app notices, if you allow it, only fills the form until you tap Save, unless you choose to record it automatically.
Your ledger reaches our servers over an encrypted connection, and only you — plus the one family member you invite — read it; the one exception is time-limited, read-only support access when you ask us for help.
Masareefy is free right now
Log your spending, plan your budget, bills, goals and shopping lists, and share the budget with one family member, free and with no payment card.
Receipt scanning, voice logging and savings advice are for Premium accounts.
Frequently asked questions
Is Masareefy free?
Yes. Masareefy is free right now, with no payment card. Receipt scanning, voice logging and savings advice are for Premium accounts.
What exactly is Masareefy?
Masareefy — «my expenses» in Arabic — is a simple expense tracker: you type, scan or speak each purchase, and the app adds the month up and paces what remains over its weeks. It is also a private finance tracker, because nothing is read from a bank or a message.
Is Masareefy a secure budget app?
Yes. No bank credentials are requested, and your data travels to our servers over an encrypted connection. If you let the Android app notice payment alerts, their text is read on your phone and never sent to us, except an example you choose to send.
Why do you call it a manual budget app?
A manual budget app means nothing comes in from your bank; you type, scan or speak each purchase, or confirm a payment alert the Android app noticed. That is what makes it a private expense tracker: it only ever reflects what you recorded.
Can I log expenses without an internet connection?
Yes. After a first online load you can log purchases offline, and they sync when you are back. A scan or a voice capture made offline is never recorded on its own; each one waits for your confirmation.
Can I share my budget tracking with a family member?
Yes, you can share tracking with exactly one other person in your household.
